The Fall 4K Ultra HD marks the world premiere Dolby Vision presentation of Tarsem Singh’s visually staggering fantasy epic, restored and presented by Umbrella Entertainment for the first time in 4K. A sweeping tribute to imagination, storytelling, and the transformative power of cinema, The Fall stands as one of the most ambitious independent films of the 21st century.
Shot across 24 countries over four years, funded personally by Tarsem Singh and created without traditional studio sets, The Fall is a singular cinematic achievement — lush, operatic, and emotionally resonant.
In 1920s Los Angeles, young Alexandria (Catinca Untaru) befriends injured Hollywood stuntman Roy (Lee Pace) while recovering in hospital. Nursing heartbreak and despair, Roy begins spinning an elaborate tale of five heroic outlaws battling the tyrannical Governor Odious. As Roy’s fantasy grows more elaborate, the boundaries between imagination and reality begin to blur, revealing that far more than a story is at stake.
Presented here in a stunning new 4K Dolby Vision restoration, The Fall 4K Ultra HD fully realises the film’s rich colour palette, sweeping global landscapes, and intricate production design like never before.
